About the order confirmation email

Once we receive your order, KUON STORE will send you an automatic confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please check for any errors in your email address and contact us at kuon@kisen.jp.net.

 

Gift Wrapping

If you require gift wrapping, we offer it free of charge. Please write "Gift wrapping desired" in the remarks section of the shopping cart. Typically, each item is wrapped individually, but if you purchase a pair of the same type of glasses or cups, we can package them together as a pair. In this case, please note "Gift wrapping, pair packaging desired" in the remarks section.

 

About Noshi (Gift Wrapping Paper)

If you would like to add "Noshi" (a decorative gift wrapping paper) or "Kakegami" (a traditional wrapping paper), please contact us via email or indicate this request in the remarks section of the shopping cart.

 

Sending your order directly as a gift

If you would like your order to be sent directly to the recipient as a gift, please be sure to include "Direct gift shipping" in the remarks section of the shopping cart. Proceed to checkout and enter the recipient’s name and address in the "Shipping Address" section. For billing, select "Use a different billing address" and fill in your name and other required details.

Please note that if you choose direct gift shipping, cash on delivery (COD) is not available. Please select an alternative payment method.

If the delivery and billing addresses are different, we generally will not include a delivery note. If you would like one included, please mention this in the remarks section of the shopping cart.

 

About delivery dates

Orders will be shipped within 7 business days of order confirmation. If there are any delays due to high order volume, we will notify you by email. Please note that we are unable to accept requests for specific delivery dates and times at this time.

 

Business hours

KUON STORE’s business hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Orders or inquiries received outside of business hours or on holidays will be addressed on the next business day.

Please be aware that we are closed on weekends, national holidays, New Year’s holidays, and Obon holidays for both office work and shipping.

 

About product inventory

As KUON STORE products are also sold through other distribution channels, in rare cases, products may be out of stock before the "sold out" status is reflected on the website due to high demand. In such cases, we will notify you by email. We take great care in managing our inventory, and we appreciate your understanding.

 

International Shipping
