[About entering credit card information]

Please enter your credit card information by hand. If you copy and paste, it will not be accepted due to system security.

 

[About the reply email of the order reception]

As soon as your order is accepted, KUON STORE will send you an automatic reply to inform you of the order acceptance. If you do not receive the automatic reply, there may be some trouble such as a mistake in entering your e-mail address, so kuon@kisen.jp.net  Please contact us.

 

[About gift wrapping]

If you need gift wrapping, we do it for free. Please enter "Wrapping request" in the remarks column of the shopping cart. Basically, one package is wrapped for each product, but if you purchase the same type of glass or cup as a pair, you can also wrap two boxes together. In that case, please write "Wrapping, pair wrapping request" in the remarks column of the shopping cart.

 

[About Noshi]

If you need "Noshi" or "Kakegami", please contact us by e-mail or in the remarks column of the shopping cart.


[If you want to send your order directly as a gift]

If you would like to send the item directly as a gift, please be sure to write "Request for direct gift delivery" in the remarks column of the shopping cart. Proceed to the checkout and enter the orderer's email address in "Customer Information" and the name and address of the recipient in "Delivery Address". When paying, please check "Use a different billing address" from the shipping address and fill in the necessary information such as the orderer's name here.

* Cash on delivery is not available if you wish to send the gift directly. Please choose another payment method.

* If the shipping address and billing address are different, the delivery note will not be included in principle. If you need to include a delivery note, please indicate so in the remarks column of the shopping cart.

 

[Delivery date]

We will ship within 7 business days after confirming your order. If there is a delay due to a flood of orders, we will contact you by email. Also, please note that we are not currently accepting specifications for the delivery date and time.

 

[About business days]

KUON STORE is open from 10:00 to 17:00 on weekdays. Please note that orders and inquiries received on holidays or outside business hours will be answered on the next business day or later.

Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and Obon are closed for office work and shipping.

 

[About product inventory]

Since the products listed on KUON STORE are also sold separately, they may be out of stock before they are displayed as sold out due to the concentration of orders. In that case, we will contact you by email. We have given due consideration to product management, but we appreciate your understanding.

 

[About overseas shipping]

For overseas shipments, we will inform you of the shipping fee separately. Please contact us using the inquiry form or the representative email kuon@kisen.jp.net.
